Favorite quote? Why?
I have 2:
1 – “Life can only be understood backwards, but must be lived forward.”
2 – “It’s not the situation, it’s your thoughts surrounding the situation.”
I love both of these quotes because they are so true and they help me live a happy and mindful life. Whenever I am freaking out about the future I just tell myself that things will all make sense one day. When I am angry or stressed I tell myself it’s not the situation, it is just my thoughts surrounding that situation and I have control over my thoughts.
